The WOOD WOOD WOOD Limited Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to and be incorporated into all Contracts for the purchase of Goods made via www.finelogs.co.uk
. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an Order.
Capitalised expressions used on this page shall bear the meaning set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale unless the context requires otherwise.
The provisions below in respect of Orders, Delivery and Returns shall apply to purchases of Goods made via www.finelogs.co.uk
and are additional to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the case of conflict, the provisions below will apply, so please read these sections carefully before placing your Order.
Prices shown include 5% VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments are to be made in advance of delivery by debit or credit card.
finelogs.co.uk provides Free Delivery. Our deliveries cover most of the UK, and some areas of Ireland.
Delivery will normally be within 2–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
If you are purchasing as a Consumer you agree that it is not essential that the Goods will be delivered within the 2–3 working day period. If we have not delivered the Goods for a reason other than:
- an event beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event), or
- a failure by you to notify us of a vehicle access restriction
then you may cancel your Order straight away or you can give us a new deadline for delivery.
If we do not deliver within the 2–3 working day period you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
You should notify us at the time of the Order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your Order. A charge may be made to you for non-delivery or re-delivery of your Order.
Our aim is to follow any delivery instructions supplied at the time of placing the Order. However, our delivery service (for all Orders) is to kerbside only. Delivery to anywhere else on the property is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. We will arrange for collection of the Goods.
The cost of collection is payable by you except where you purchase as a Consumer and you are returning the Goods because of a defect, or because they were not as described.
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days after the Goods have been received by you. To cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing via e-mail at email@example.com
If you cancel your Contract we will refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
Unless the Goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. We will collect the Goods from you and charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
If you return or cancel your Order we will process your refund:
a) within 14 days of the day we receive back from you any Goods supplied, or
b) if there were no Goods supplied, within 14 days from when we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you used vouchers to pay for the Goods we may refund you in vouchers.
The information on these pages is provided with good intent to help you with your purchase. All statements are made to the best of our knowledge, but before acting on any information we supply, we recommend that you consult a range of expert sources.

Orders received for Goods not authorised for use in smoke control areas are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act.
All Goods are subject to availability (not all depots stock all Goods).
All sizes are approximate, unless sold by weight.
All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.
Packaging may vary to that shown.
WOOD WOOD WOOD Ltd reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw Goods without prior notice, before the Contract being entered into.
Most orders are delivered NEXT DAY (however certain locations are serviced within 3 business days).
finelogs.co.uk DELIVERY is FREE, unless you choose additional options.
All pallets and crates are delivered by vehicles that include a tail lift and pallet lift.
Orders received by 3pm will be despatched on the next working day and delivered within the specified lead time as quoted on the website.
Standard Delivery service is between 9am and 5pm and the carrier will contact you to book a delivery day.
If you cannot accept the consignment during the standard delivery period, you may choose a different time at an extra charge: AM (before 9am) – surcharge £10 per consignment; TIMED (between 10am and 5pm) – surcharge £15 per consignment; SATURDAY – surcharge £30 per consignment.
Should you agree to a delivery time and then not be available during the agreed time period, or if there is not a safe place to leave the goods, a redelivery charge of £30 per consignment will be made.
If you choose delivery without a signature (this may be convenient if you have a busy schedule or know that you will not be available to sign on the day), please mark this in the order details or via e-mail. In this case, finelogs.co.uk does not accept responsibility for stolen or misplaced deliveries.
Delivery drivers are not expected to manoeuvre the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle but will risk assess each delivery and always be as helpful as possible where conditions allow.
In the event of a delivery not being possible due to poor access or a gravel drive then the delivery will have to be to kerbside only (i.e. left as near to the property as possible).
All goods must be checked on arrival and the delivery paperwork signed unless prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property, at which point these will be left at the customer’s risk.
On delivery of a bulk purchase, the pallet on which the product is delivered automatically becomes the property of the purchaser.
Any delivery issues must be reported immediately to finelogs.co.uk.
In the event of any dispute resulting in the Goods being returned to WOOD WOOD WOOD Ltd, payment will be refunded to the customer less all relevant charges or deductions.
Lead times may extend during busy periods.
